Capital Marine Services is a legally licensed and insured marine surveying, consulting, and repair company founded in 2021 in Annapolis, MD. In addition to Central Maryland, CMS serves Southwest FL. CMS is a Boat US Partner and ABYC Member Business and upholds ABYC standards. CMS offers Boat US Members 5% off all service offerings.
Our surveying services are tailored to your needs and include: comprehensive pre-purchase surveys, insurance surveys, valuations/appraisals, as well as in-depth mechanical surveys that can include engine scans (for applicable models), oil/fluid analysis, compression tests, and more!
Other services include pre-purchase consulting, buyer broker services, brokerage services (for boats under 35'), on-water operation training, routine maintenance training, and more.
Mechanical repair/maintenance and electronics/equipment installation is also available.
Our extensive service area in SW FL includes Naples, North Naples, Golden Gate, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and even the Florida Keys upon request. Our service area in Central Maryland includes Annapolis, Severna Park, Edgewater, Stevensville, and Shady Side.
Remote consulting services are also available in many cases.
